Poor After - Warranty Service and Milking Fees I have a Predator Triton 300 se laptop that needs a motherboard replacement. They got back to me and gave me the cost of motherboard replacement which was priced at 72,000 pesos this also included the cost of the battery replacement which is supposedly also broken. I bought this laptop for 50,000 Pesos. So obviously the price is a bit overpriced to say the least. I can buy a new laptop with the repair cost. The other thing is they're gonna milk you out regardless of the actual repair. There's a diagnostic fee of 400 pesos and a lost service repair document fee of 250. As a tech professional, This is my first and last time trying out the acer brand. I would recommend acer as a disposable device that look nice but would throw great caution with customers that wants durable and repairable units that can last for at least 5 years.

Overall experience is great. From customer service to service center. They are giving constant updates regarding the repair of my unit, and here's the best part: It only took few days for my unit to be fully repaired not to mention the cleaning and pasting. Very grateful for the warranty of my unit and accommodating staffs. Kudos and keep up the great service! ❤️😊

They are friendly and professional. I just didn't like that the technician forgot to put the backlight back in my laptop. I hope that they are more careful next time.

Service and updates were very quick and efficient. Though I left my device for diagnostic and repair. They replaced my in warranty item at no extra cost after only 2 business days. Updated me when they were fixing it and let me know it was ready for pick up the next day. Even if I had to travel far to get there. The service is 5 star.

It's good, the welcome of the staffs is warm. I like it even we got there almost late. I know that it will be 10-15 working days for diagnostics and another for the repair. Indeed, there is no parking for the bikes, but guards are roaming. I'll update this comment after the repair and all. Update: My laptop was repaired and It was broken again in like 2 weeks... So I ended up coming back and asking for repair again. The transaction was fast, but the days to wait for the parts felt endless. After a few weeks, it was repaired. I am still using it now (May 2023)
